The Frederick W. and Josephine Pannier McCarthy Endowed Scholarship Fund

To support deserving students enrolled in teacher preparation programs at UMass Boston, providing these students with access to superior public education and helping them realize their aspirations to become teachers. The scholarships are to be awarded annually to students who demonstrate meritorious academic achievement, work to help finance their education, and who have need for assistance with college expenses.
