The Professor Joann Phelps Stewart Scholarship Award

To provide scholarship assistance for seniors majoring in economics. A. Applicants will have a minimum of 85 credits earned and will be completing his/her junior year; B. Applicants will have demonstrated excellence in economics at UMass Boston; C. Preference will be given to students with an interest in labor economics; and D. Recipient will be announced at the Economics Department Honors Dinner in May and the award will be for the following academic year.
