The Sam Wilson Scholarship Fund

To be awarded as a direct grant to a student in the Educational Opportunities Program (or its successor programs) who has already completed three courses at UMass Boston. The Dean will administer the Fund. A set of three names developed by the Director of the Educational Opportunities Program and the Dean or their designees will be sent to Marie Wilson for her recommendation. If no family member or designee is available, the Dean will make the decision. The Wilson family may turn their role back to the Dean at any time. Students will be chosen on the basis of academic performance and financial need.
