Michael A. Ventresca '69 Student Leadership Award

Initiated by members of the 2011-2012 Undergraduate Student Government, the Michael Ventresca ‘69 Leadership Award bestows $1,000 to an undergraduate student who has exemplified on-campus leadership that has directly benefited the undergraduate student body. Michael Ventresca’s legacy represents the very best of UMass Boston. His connection with the Undergraduate Student Government as the first Student Body President, and his example of local service and passion for education brings our organization and this award an added level of prestige for which we are extremely grateful.
