The Anthony S. Chan Award for Asian American Studies

To endow awards for students involved in activities related to the work of the Institute for Asian American Studies. Recipients must have satisfied the following eligibility requirements: 1. Demonstrate active involvement in advancing the purposes and goals of the Institute; 2. Hold at the time of selection a minimum GPA of 3.0 or its equivalent; 3. Submit two letters of recommendation from references familiar with the student’s involvement in advancing the purposes and goals of the Institute. Recipients and amounts of awards will be determined by a selection committee whose members are selected by the Institute.
